Q: If I live out of State, or can't come to your office, can I still hire you for a case?
Answer:
Yes. The initial meeting, and all of the necessary paperwork, can be done over the phone, via fax, or through email. We have represented many people who live out of State, from California to New York. We can even represent you if you live in another country.
If you call our office, we can then decide what form of communication is best for you.
NOTE ABOUT EMAIL: Our law office is very concerned about the lack of security and privacy when it comes to email. As a result, we rarely use email to communicate with clients about cases and strategy. However, some email communication is allowed and will be used in limited situations. Please call our office to discuss the use of email in your case and, if necessary, we can make sure the email communication is private and confidential.
